AWC Staff Development

The Module “Alignment” is endorsed by South African Council of Educators (SACE). As an endorsed service SACE provider (PR13254), AWC offers development workshops that are approved, monitored & aligned with SACE Policy guidelines, criteria & codes of conduct. 

Each topic of “Alignment” earns an educator 15 CEU points for CPTD from SACE.

AWC PROJECTS                                                      

AWC offers relevant staff training & development to the following:

Educational Institutions eg Basic Education, Higher Education (TVETs & Universities), Small Business (SMMEs), Corporate Sector Organisations, Public Sector Organisations (Municipalities, SOEs & ​NGOs). 

PROJECT “ALIGNMENT”

“Alignment” is pitched at HEQF Level 5. It is an integrated Module consisting of 10 Topics,

each supported by a Descriptor, Facilitator Guide, User Guide, Powerpoint Presentation and a Glossary.

The Module has a strong theoretical foundation, underpinned by the principles of:
Social Constructivism, Post Humanism, Critical Theory & Social Justice,  Constitutional Democracy (Bill of Rights & Responsibilities), Ubuntu (People Centeredness), Student Centred Learning & Life-Long Learning. 

The AWC team conceptualised and developed “Alignment” to: 

1.   Address capacity constraints in the Education, Training & Development Sector.

2.   Re-skill & up-skill employees in line with organisational Vision, Mission and Values to enhance productivity.

3.  Enhance Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and Performance Management System (PMS) of individuals & organisations.
